Cancellation before shipment If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process the refund immediately. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Process of cancelling an order
1- In order to cancel an item you have selected Log into your account and go to the 'My Order page
2- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
3- In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items you have ordered.
4- Hence, click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refundand confirm cancellation.
5- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Refunds Refunds will be issued in the chosen form of payment. It may take time for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
