REFUNDS: Once we receive the returned item, our inspection team will inspect it and process the refund within 7-15 business days, only if the product is undamaged, unused and in same condition when received. Moreover, you will be notifiedabout the return and refund status either by email or WhatsApp and the refund will be issued to the chosen method used for the refund.

3. Exchange: We do not offer any type of exchange, so if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. We do not refund shipping charges unless the item was damaged or defective.
